Equityline Mortgage Investment Corporation Extends IPO Close Date

Sagicor Investments Jamaica Limited has advised that further to the Prospectus dated November 21, 2018, Equityline Mortgage Investment Corporation wishes to extend the Close Date of the Invitation to the public for the purchase of up to 5,000,000 Series A Preferred Shared.
“As per the Company’s discretion reserved in the prospectus, Equityline MIC requests that the close date be extended from Monday, December 31, 2018, to Friday, January 18, 2019”, Sagicor Investments Jamaica Limited further stated.
